Stanford University is a prestigious university in California. Its Graduate School of Business (GSB) is the USA's toughest to get into and only has a 7.1% acceptance rate. Stanford GSB offers a two-year, full-time MBA.

This is not your typical course. This course gives you an introduction to enterprise operations management. It will allow you to take part in interactive exercises, role-playing, group presentations, quizzes, and other activities. 

With this course, you will learn to Analyse the interdependencies between strategic and operations management and the trade-off that this leads to Evaluate critical activities within this area.
