Application Support Analyst gathered information and participates in the identification of incidents in a 24x7 environment. He should be responsible for conducts root cause analysis and participates in the resolution of business impacting Information Services outages.

He monitors inventory and cycle counting through report analyses to provide accurate and complete cycle counting results and inventory control. The SPL/Global Program, Associate Manager, oversees staff interactions with customer representatives to ensure procedures are followed and customers are satisfied. 

Technology Support Group Technician

The Technician provides quality customer support through efficient asset management, comprehensive training on new roll-outs, and innovative solutions that add value, save time, increase productivity, and reduce cost. 

The Technician provides support of UPS systems to resolve issues quickly and accurately. This position requires reports to the Technology Service Group Supervisor and has to work flexible hours. Must conduct site and customer visits within the district if service issues can't be resolved remotely to troubleshoot the problem and install or upgrade hardware and software.

Specialist- Technology Support Group

The Technician provides quality technical support through efficient asset management, and innovative solutions that add value, reduce cost, save time, comprehensive training on new roll-outs, timely problem resolution, and increase productivity. The specialist must be knowledgeable support of UPS systems to resolve problems accurately on time.

This position provides support to external customers during the implementation phase to ensure solutions meet & exceed customer expectations. This position reports to the TSG Supervisor. Must conduct site visits within the district if service issues can't be remotely resolved to troubleshoot the problem and install or upgrade hardware and software.
